Our Delivery Carriers
Currently Ezidri Australia uses Australia Post eParcel to deliver to all states & territories. Australia Post is committed to providing Ezidri Australia with a high-quality parcel service and is able to provide consistent on-time delivery through their modern and efficient networks.
Where do we deliver?
Ezidri Australia can deliver to anywhere in Australia. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact us on 1800 671 109 (Australia only) or +61 8 8371 1611. Please note that all Australia Post deliveries to rural areas will be left at the local Post Office. Please note that for ease of delivery and tracking, we prefer that where possible you provide a Business Delivery Address. Your purchases can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.
Australia Post: Delivery in 3-4 days
Occasionally Australia Post may leave your purchases at the local Post Office as they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address. In this instance Australia Post will leave a Calling Card for you, advising the location of your purchases.
Ezidri Australia is happy to accept returns from our customers provided the following guidelines are met: The Customer should contact us on 1800 671 109 (Australia only) or +61 8 8371 1611 within 14 days of the delivery to authorise the return of goods . The goods must be in good order and have the customer details on the outside of the carton. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to Ezidri Australia, the customer account will be credited.
