OLIVIA’S FAVOURITE SUSHI ROLL

Ingredients
Nori sheets
Sushi Rice (or short grain rice)
Chicken
Avocado
Cucumber (seeds removed)
Wasabi

Method
-
Cook & prepare your sushi rice.

Slice the chicken, cucumber and avocado into strips.

Apply a small amount of wasabi into the rice groove

Place the chicken, cucumber & avocado on top.

Follow the Sushezi instructions, slice to serve & enjoy!

SPICY SALAMI SUSHI ROLLS
Ingredients
Nori Sheets
Sushi Rice (or short grain rice)
Salami (Hot)
Red Capsicum (Seeds removed)
Avocado
Soy Sauce

Method
-
Cook & prepare your sushi rice.

Slice salami, avocado & red capsicum into thin strips

Apply a small amount of wasabi into the rice grooves.

Place salami, avocado & capsicum on top

Follow your Sushezi instructions, slice to serve
